Who can check or remove corruptiuon in India ? Our rulers - both bureaucrats and politicians are corrupt, and our judiciary is useless. For illegal bribes, judiciary finds solutions through legal means. For every small doubt, corrupt are set free. And it is not difficult to create confusuion.
